At this time of year, I am pleased to announce that we are ready to enroll students and re-register families for the 2017-2018 School Year. Our Open House in late January brought a wave of visitors and phone calls to the school office. There has been ongoing interest and even early enrollment of some new families this spring. This is a tribute to the fine reputation of our school in the community and school marketing efforts. In addition, our STAR Proficiency rates are brag-worthy and our 2017 graduates have been repeatedly accepted into Honors, Heritage, and International Baccalaureate programs. Altogether, this has been a very successful year! Each one of you is a vital part of this school family and we thank you for your past support and we eagerly look forward to working with you again. We want you to be among the first ones on our roll sheets for next year.
In preparing for the coming school year, we have several items to consider in our forecasted budget. As always, the Diocese of Orange is concerned about having highly qualified teachers in every classroom. We all benefit from that standard of professionalism. The Diocese does reflect this by trying to maintain a salary scale at @75-80% of local districts. Through frugal planning, Diocesan support and accountability, however, we have still been able to keep the tuition raise for 2017-2018 at 1.2% or approximately @$78 per year! This should be very good news for you and all of our school families.
The annual enrollment fee for 2017-2018 will be $100 per child. Current families need to enroll by April 13th, 2017 to insure their place in next year’s class.
May God bless you as we look together to the future!
Mrs. Francine Kubasek
